Handle more cases than Sherlock Holmes

As part of Delta’s ground crew, you’ll be working in an enjoyable team environment and making sure that our passengers’ baggage arrives safely when they do. Ramp operators lift, load, unload, and transport baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft. They also operate ground support equipment such as tugs, conveyor belts and tow tractors.

Strong customer service aptitude is essential, along with the ability to lift 70 lbs. While specific positions will have unique requirements (see individual job descriptions), you must possess at least a H.S. diploma/GED equivalent, be at least 18 years of age, and possess current authorization to work in the U.S. to work at Delta.
